Mg Wai Phyo Aung who worked at Hlaing Thar Yar Industrial Zon
(1), U Muo Street No.(52/A) garment in ironing department was sued with article
66 D by his employer and on November 22,
Hlaing Thar Yar Police arrested him in his work place in the evening.
Mg Wai Phyo Aung posted Video file that
Industrial officers fired workers who worked no more than three months, on
Facebook. Therefore, the representative of employer sued him on November 19 and
he was arrested on November 20.

With help from the volunteers, Mg Wai Phyo Aung got insurance from being arrested on November 23 and faced appeal atricle 66 D case.
