On 27th of July 2013, Yaung Chi Oo Workers Association
and the Labour Lawyer Clinic (LLC) went to Myawaddy to interview Labor Asia
Agency, which send workers to work in Thailand, by a Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU).
During their visit, lawyers from the Department of Thai Lawyers
Clinic asked some questions to the staff from the agency and to the workers,
who stay in Myawaddy to wait for employment in Thailand. Then, the lawyers
asked about the situation for the workers and they also gave advice to the
staff and to the workers.
