Shutting up shops that sell Myanmar foods

The shops that sell Myanmar foods and own Myanmar workers are shutting up currently because both Thai army and police are checking and arresting undocumented migrant workers through Thailand.
Since July7, Myanmar food shops, exchange currency business, phone service, beauty salon, Photo and Copy shop, vegetable shops, Tot Huu salad shop and Pork stick shop have stopped.  
“We can sell one day for 10,000 Baht on normal days. Now, even though we sell till 9 p.m. to get over 1000 baht, we do not get even expense and we have to close shops” said one of Myanmar shop owner who is selling Myanmar rice and curries and drinks made in Thailand.
“Recently, the situation is not well and I heard different kinds of news like Thai officers will check and arrest but I will not close my shop because I am selling foods and not crime. I will face every kind of problems and obstacles but my business is not well as before and it has not been crowded for three days in market” he added.
 Because of the news about arresting, there is not very much trade and taxi drivers and motor tri cycle drivers have less customers and have faced daily problems.
 Thai Employment department announced officially that migrant workers in Thailand must extend for 2 years their pink card by July 29.
Thai police, immigration and local officers including Thai military will check and arrest after July 29.
 On July 28 morning, Thai military and others officers checked households and arrested 89 Myanmar migrant workers at Htasai loat ward, nearby heaven Thai-Myanmar borderline river. Myanmar migrant workers were arrested around Has Thoo Lei school as well on July 23.
